He started out as the unofficial Chef of Station 8 and turned food into a full-blown mission: to serve up BBQ worthy of a rescue call. Founded by a firefighter who knows a thing or two about smoke, Rescue BBQ brings the brotherhood of the station to your plate – good food, good people, and good causes.
We craft our own rubs, skip the salt, and focus on quality, heart-smart ingredients. Because we believe great food can be both bold and mindful.
